Suzannah Toop
Suzannah, a qualified lawyer and second-generation leader of her family’s award-winning real estate business, Suzannah grew up living and breathing real estate. After completing law school she worked at a global funds management firm in Sydney, she returned home to take over the family business in Adelaide with her sister.
Managing over $1 billion of residential property and with a love for innovation, Suzannah started building new technology solutions for property management. This led her business to be awarded Australia’s # 1 Real Estate Agency in 2017, 2018 and 2019 - something that had never been achieved before.
In 2019 she met Melissa and together they saw an opportunity to reshape the property management industry globally, and 3 months later Lululiv was born.
Melissa Hadley
Melissa is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a love for innovation and technology, With 20 years experience at technology company SAP, Melissa has worked in Paris, London and Australia building and scaling teams and businesses globally.
Her passion is helping organisations transform by professionalizing service offerings, digitising operations and improving business performance.
As the CEO at Lululiv Australia, she has spent the past 6 years growing and building out the offering. Lululiv is now operating in four states across Australia, soon to be five.
